Participate in end-to-end management of laboratory inventory, including quotation request from vendors, purchasing, receiving and storage, inventory monitoring and disposal of used/expired chemicals and other laboratory consumables.
Maintain laboratory inventory stores with good 5S practices.
Understand laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance requirement and ensure release of equipment for use within the stipulated due date.
Learn and apply site contractor management requirement for laboratory vendors.
Actively participate in logistical arrangement with the laboratories and vendors to enable timely equipment calibration/maintenance.
Ensure end-to-end management of archival, retrieval and disposal of pharmaceutical retain samples.
Practice Safety and cGMP according to our company site/global procedures and relevant regulations.
Close collaboration with the stakeholders to identify and execute safety, quality and productivity improvement opportunities.

B.Sc in Science or Diploma in Science.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
