Working in this team, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenges of large-scale networks all over the world, while leveraging your expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and large-scale system design.

Responsibilities:

• Support team building, recruitment and management, Responsible for team and personnel goal planning.

• Ability to improve the test process, which includes the development, test and release process.

• Strong quality analytical ability, and able to abstract common problems through online problems and solve them pertinently.

• Good at finding, positioning, analyzing and summarizing problems.

• Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to high-intensity work in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Able to work in fast-pace environment and embrace constant changes and challenges.

• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (eg. TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.).

• Strong experience in troubleshooting with critical problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and communicate with all levels within the organization.

• Audio and video related working experience would be highly preferable.

• At least 3 years team management experience.
