Job Description

- Position Title: Quality Assurance Executive/QA Executive (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
- Working Location: Bukit Timah
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
- Support the Manager to conduct audit in compliance with standards relevant to higher education industry, including but not limited to, the Private Education Act, Private Education Regulations, EduTrust Certification Scheme and Enhanced Registration Framework.
- Analyze data collected from audit and/or assessment to identify performance gaps and monitor trends and evaluate process effectiveness for continual improvement.
- Work with other departments to understand applicable frameworks, organizational policies and procedures to look out for opportunities and recommend changes.
- Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes.
- Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in a QA role.
- Candidates with QA experience in Private Education Institution (PEI) will be advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Private Education Act, Enhanced Registration Framework and EduTrust Certification Scheme, and quality standards.
- Possess skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality, and internal controls.
