Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), part of IMS.
• Support in the development of Quality management system procedures, and communications of system updates and procedures.
• Assist to manage and ensure all quality processes are in compliance to Standards and Company\'s requirements
• Lead Document controller for the IMS system
• Assist in the review of QMS processes and workflow to meet operational needs
• Facilitate both internal and external audits, monitor and continuous improvement
• Conduct audits and compliance checks to assess QMS performance, identify areas for continuous improvement
• Liaise with both internal and external parties on QMS related issue
• Support company\'s business effort and projects for client engagement and support, assist in the tender bidding
• Participate in project, work studies, company-wide activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Administer, monitor and track the Regional Due Diligence process.
• Interface with entities professionals & provide support and improve the quality process performance, data analysis developing lessons learnt communications.
• Support Develop in house training material/video, organise and maintain records.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years of work experience in Quality related work, preferably ISO9001 Internal Auditor certified
• Resourceful and process good problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
• Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour
