DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure availability of materials necessary for analysis
Performs required analyses for trial or special samples, semi-finished goods and finished goods both for release and as part of monitoring
Assist with different in-house laboratory analysis
To ensure that purchased materials comply with the set of standards provided
Ensures that cleanliness and safety is being observed at all time.
Performs all internal and external quality inspections of goods
Facilitates review and revision of established processes and procedures, documentation, standardization for both product development and improvement

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
One (1) year of experience working in food manufacturing environment
Working experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, preferably in Food Industry
Working Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001: 2015, GMP & Food Safety requirement will be required
Effective organizational skill; Able to manage priorities and complexities
Good writing, statistical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks is an advantage
Strong multi-tasking skills
Very detail oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to deal with people at all levels
