Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Quality System in the YTBS Singapore organization . Ensure that customer quality requirements are consistently met . Implement audit program for local suppliers/service providers . Host customer/regulatory authority audits and visits . Investigate quality incidents . Perform Corrective action/preventive action activities (CAPA) . Handle customer complaints . Manage recalls . Develops and maintain quality documentation, including sampling instructions, test methods and other Quality procedures (SOPs, WIs, Forms, etc.) . Present quality reports and metrics to senior management . Ensure that site personnel are properly trained on quality documentation initially and continually, and ensure that the training is adapted according to need. . Approve or reject starting materials, packaging materials, and intermediate, bulk and finished products . Verify the maintenance of the Quality Assurance department, premises and equipment . Evaluate batch records . Ensure that appropriate validation work is completed .
