Job Description

We are helping a pharmaceutical MNC company to recruit for a motivated candidate who would like to gain exposure to an exciting career in pharmaceutical quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Management of quality document including archival and retrieval of GMP documents in compliance with regulatory guidelines

\xc2\xb7 Effective use of electronic documentation management system

\xc2\xb7 Administrator for document management system and train staff on Quality

\xc2\xb7 Maintain the quality technical agreement register and track agreements that are due for review in a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Upload and maintain product specifications, stability protocols, stability reports, audit reports, supplier questionnaires and product quality review reports and other reports as may be required by the project.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with external parties to ensure the documentation are complete and up to date.

\xc2\xb7 Notify and escalate potential issues which may risk the business activities.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of quality assurance working experience in pharmaceutical industry

\xc2\xb7 Degree or diploma in pharmacy, or relevant discipline.

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of GMP and GDP in the pharmaceutical industry

\xc2\xb7 Motivated and driven personality
