QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST- College graduate- At least 3 years of the same experience (QA from an international BPO company)- Excellent English and comprehension skills- Good Microsoft skills (Power Point, Excel, Pivot)- Has background collaborating with Operations and Training department on process improvement and implementation plus, to enhance overall quality performance- Willing to on-board first as an Agent and be familiar with the accounts and process for more or less 3 months before being a QA- Reliable and self-managed- Patient and keen to details- Implement clear strategies that will result to accurate and efficient monitoring- Conducts root cause analysisWe offer : - Great pay- Non-taxable allowance- Complete government mandated benefits- 13th month pay- Leave credits- HMO (Health card)- Other perksJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php24,500.00 - Php31,500.00 per monthBenefits:
