* Willing to on-board first as an Agent and be familiar with the accounts and process for more or less 3 months before being a QA *-We offer : - Permanent home-based career- Weekends off- Non-taxable allowance- Complete government mandated benefits- 13th month pay- Leave credits- HMO (Health card)-Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years in a BPO quality assurance role is required
• Ability to review and design quality forms and methodology
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Carrying out quality reports/deliverables

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and has great time management skills
• Has a solid understanding of the process flow and development
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to changing priorities
• Capability to work with the training department to improve quality of new hires and create a training/quality initiative for Operations
• Team player - can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
• Preferably with operations background

-Job Framework : 1st-3rd month:

• Will undergo new hire training
• Will take calls to gain process familiarity with various accounts

4th month:

• QA on boarding
• 4 hrs phone time and 4 hrs QA tasks

5th-6th month:

• Full time QA tasks
