Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to the documented GMP, SSOP and documented procedures to meet client requirements
- Assist the Operations, Documentation in the implementation of the established SOP, GMP and Occupational Safety for the Dry Storages by securing records
- Conducts complete GMP and Food Safety Audit every week
- Random verification of receiving and issuance transactions
- Review, maintains complete and updated files of 5S and QMS
- Validates measuring devices and verification of room temperature monitoring
- Monitors the sanitation and cleanliness of the facility including pest control
- Conducts GMP and any other related training for new and old employees
- Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Chemistry, BS Biology/ Microbiology, or any related course
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- With good written and oral English communication skills
- Results-oriented, possess good analytical skills
- Has good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, strong-willed, and proactive
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang and/or La Suerte
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Quality Assurance: 1 year (Preferred)
- 100% (Preferred)
