• Business owner of a new suite of quality and workforce management systems
• Manage IT and systems vendors such as Nice and Accenture
• Voice of internal customers for all issues relating to these applications
• play the role of business analyst to understand, bridge and provide optimal solutions for all initiatives
• Business project lead to understand and assess key stakeholders requirement and to bridge in the right support from business & IT, to ensure full requirements / solutions are captured
• Conduct briefing as and when there are changes to system feature / functionality impacting the workforce planning team
• Lead systems related process changes and/or gap implementations
• Up to date of new technologies and capabilities in the industry
• Lead key roles in refresh projects such as ST Pedia replacement

Skills for Success:

• Min Diploma
• 1 year of experience in operations related role
• At least 1 year of experience in systems operations and project management.
• Acquired experience as a business analyst role leading various roles such as UAT lead & implementation lead
• Competency in excel and power point
• Strong stakeholder Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong influencing skills
• Strong in execution
• Good presentation skills
