The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards and specifications before they are released.
Requirement :
1. Peform in-process and final product inspections to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
2. Conduct measurements, test and visual checks using appropriate tools and instruments such as CMM, Smartscopes, and other precision measuring equipments.
3. Record inspection and test results accurately, ensuring proper traceability and documentations.
4. Assist in the implementation and maintencance of quality control procedures and inspection plans.
5. Collaborate with production , engineering and quality teams to resolve quality related issues promptly.
6. Support root cause analysis and corrective action investigations for quality issues and non-conformities.
7. Ensure calibration and proper functioning of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
