Plan and carry out product qualification tests per internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Set up and operate test equipment, measurement tools, and fixtures for trials.
Verify dimensional, functional, and performance characteristics against specifications.
Trial Management
Support production trials and process validation runs.
Monitor trial progress, collect data, and identify deviations or defects.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve trial issues.
Ensure trial samples are properly labeled, stored, and traceable.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare detailed qualification and trial reports with test results, analysis, and observations.
Maintain accurate records for compliance, traceability, and audits.
Assist in creating or updating quality documentation, inspection plans, checklists, and SOPs.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action for trial issues.
Recommend process or inspection improvements based on trial results.
Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant manufacturing experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
Basic computer skills (Excel) and familiarity with measuring instruments (caliper, dial gauge).
Working Conditions & Benefits:
12-hour day shift (7:30 AM - 7:30 PM), occasional night shifts when needed.
Choose 5 or 6-day work week.
Salary:
$2,500 - $2,600 basic + OT (gross up to $3,500++).
Daily shift allowance: $10-$20/day.
Annual bonus: 13th-month pay + up to 2 months performance bonus.
