  • Responsible for supervision of the division QA Training team, tasks with supporting Abbott Nutrition (AN) plant.
  • Lead the QA training function ensuring compliance to QA training requirements.
  • Lead and support the business by assessing the learning need and developing/modifying Learning Materials in accordance with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) principles.
  • Develop QA training content and materials based on AN\xe2\x80\x99s learning methodology.
  • Design and develop QA microlearning\xe2\x80\x99s, computer-based-training, instructor-led-training, job aides and other training support materials as needed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage QA Training Team, ensure that all QA training requirements are met.
  • Oversee the operational implementation of QA training strategies and regulations.
  • Provide ongoing QA training support to the manufacturing site to ensure a compliant training requirements management system. This includes QA onboarding and identification of site QA training needs. Will support QA training needs related to CAPA and audit actions.
  • Oversee, maintenance and updates of User accounts and training assignments in the Learning Management System (ComplianceWire).
  • Work closely with Division QA and site QA leadership to continuously improve QA training.
  • Design, develop and deliver QA Training Courses/materials to meet business needs.
  • Oversee the daily QA training resources at the site. Identify barriers/obstacles to achieving agreed upon goals and escalate as needed to Regional QA Training Manager.
  • Conduct QA training needs assessments and gap analysis.
  • Establish training effectiveness measures and evaluate QA training effectiveness. Analyse data to drive continuous improvement of QA training content.
  • Conduct business in a manner that will protect our product, our customers and our brand by complying with all applicable AQR and Division policies and procedures, EHS laws, as well as the Abbott Global and Technical Standards.
  • Oversee a structured approach to QA Training/Learning content/material development.
  • Develop QA training in a variety of formats to support the business (i.e.; instructor-led-training, computer-based-training, training modules, microlearning\xe2\x80\x99s, 1PLs, On-the-Job-Training (OJT) and competency assessments.
  • Participate in Global and Site Cross-Functional Teams to assist with the development of global QA courses/training materials. Helps to ensure applicability of new courses to the site.
  • Work closely with Division QA, will help bring new technologies to QA training to help enhance/improve the learning process. For example, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), hybrid learning.
  • Interface with SMEs; business functional areas and site QA as necessary to design and develop QA training courses/materials.
  • When needed, will help support Project Safeguard workstreams training requests. Will translate identified training needs into QA training/learning solutions in line with project timelines.
  • Responsible for the ongoing evaluation and implementation of continuous improvement in relation to QA training/learning materials/courses.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices.
  • Manage employee enrolment for training, schedule training sessions and organise the resources to facilitate training programmes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or Science or related discipline
  • 8-10 years of related experience in Quality Assurance with minimum 2 years in a QA Training role, preferably within nutrition/pharma manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced in working across regional and global teams preferred
