We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Quality Control Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems, standards, and procedures. Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and quality records. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and process efficiency. Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality management standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field). Proven experience in quality control, assurance, or engineering Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies. Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
