Job Description
Job Designation: Quality Control Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct receiving harvested crops, semi- finished produces and finished product quality checks on daily basis.
- Monitor the growth of cultivated crops in the farm.
- Perform daily Good Agriculture Practices checks in the farm.
- Filling of process records and quality check records.
- Documentation of operation procedure and quality standards. Perform gap analysis when necessary.
- Inspect abnormalities to ensure quality of produce.
- Conduct post- harvest inspection and maintain quality consistency during order fulfilment (packing and delivery).
- Initiate feedback on product and process quality problems.
- Assist operation in problem solving and execute improvement initiatives.
Requirement:
- Diploma / NITEC in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in food/ beverage manufacturing environment or related environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, excel)
- Meticulous, coupled with a sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Strong adaptability and execution.
- Multi- task and able to work under pressure.
- Undertake tasks assigned by leaders as and when appropriate.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
