Quality Control Inspector ($2800 $3500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Set up and verify nondestructive testing equipment, ensure meeting required standard prior to inspection/testing
- Read manufacturing blueprints for inspection requirement
- Conduct NDE (MPI, LPI, UT, RT and Copper plating) tests/examination to ensure quality or detect
- Perform welding visual inspection (Pipe, accessories and structural unit etc)
- Check/verify supplier NDE inspection process and verify/endorse NDE report if NDE is outsourced
- Perform inspection for NDE consumables products (e.g. no mixed brand)
- Perform NDE inspection for Third party witnessing as per QA plan
- Verify marking and identification of products for traceability (e.g. HT #, S/N#, SO# etc)
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in quality assurance/Quality control is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
