Job Description
JOB BRIEF:The Quality Control Inspector—In process conducts inspection for raw materials/ line processes/ finished product being used in production to ensure that product specification and standard are met.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP at all times.
- Conduct regular sanitation audit, highlight violations of GMP and/or breakthrough in sanitation practices.
- Coordinate with the team for all non-conformity.
- Identify areas on non-conformances and issues required documents to concerned units.
- Do personal hygiene checking in all commissary personnel.
- Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or equivalent
- With at least (1) one year work experience in a food manufacturing company
- With basic knowledge in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) or attended cGMP/SSOP/HACCP seminar
- Highly trainable; with strong understanding of Quality Assurance systems and processes
- Knowledge in using basic computer applications
- With good communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
