DESIGNATION : Quality Control Inspector

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read specifications and inspection & test plans to understand the requirements of products.
• Perform scheduled sampling quality inspections of incoming materials/products from external provider and outgoing products for shipping.
• Conduct scheduled in-progress inspection in the production line to ensure that quality, hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Reject & report to QC Specialist / Manager for all products and materials that fail to meet quality specification and expectations.
• Assist QC Specialist for any investigation on product-related non-conformance issue and recommend solution.
• Manage retention room for reference and post inspection materials.
• Ensure QC Inspection log updated for inspection and testing conducted.
• Perform routine QC laboratory 5S maintenance tasks.

• Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification.
• Certification in quality control is preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• Understand basic laboratory equipment handling.
