Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects in architectural, structural, and M&E works. Check finishes Record and report all defects found, with supporting photos and location markings. Assist in preparing defect lists, punch lists, or rectification reports for subcontractors. Maintain proper logs of inspection activities and rectification progress. Liaise with subcontractors or workers to ensure timely rectification of defects. Re-inspect completed rectification work to ensure quality compliance. Update the status of rectification work and escalate if repeated defects occur. Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and relevant quality standards (e.g., CONQUAS, QLASSIC). Assist in ensuring workmanship meets acceptable construction and safety practices. Work closely with QAQC Engineer, site supervisors, and relevant parties to support overall quality management efforts. Highlight recurring workmanship issues to the QAQC team for further preventive measures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma holder Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Proficient in English (Both verbal & written) * Training will be provided
