Quality Control Inspector
Job Description
Perform sample inspection of materials, WIP and finished products as per IQC and OQC checklist.
Release incoming materials that have passed verification or inspection.
Release finished products that have passed inspection to be delivered to customers.
On-hold or reject materials and finished products that fail to meet quality expectations.
Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. Submit for QA Engineer's approval.
Update IQC, OQC and Yield Reports; Key in test data for customer data/ records and prepare C of C with OQC Report.
Any other task assigned by QA Engineer
Requirements
Preferably with 1-2 years related working experience in similar job scope
Preferably in Manufacturing industries, Production department.
Basic application of Microsoft Office & Excel.
Good math and technical skills
Understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques
