-Ensures that all the raw materials and ingredients prepared per batch follows standard weights based on standard product formulation
-Checks and monitors cleanliness of production area
-Monitors quality of finished products by random inspection, conducting visual and measurement testsQualifications: - Graduate of BS Biology/Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Technology, Food Engineering, Food Technology
- With at least 6 months experience in a food/dairy manufacturing set-up
