The Evolutive Facility (EVF) Project is at the cornerstone of our strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address biologics business challenges. Digital will be one of the key topics to help EVF reach its ambition.
Main responsibilities:
Perform QC testing for water samples (tests include but not limited to TOC, Conductivity, Appearance and Nitrates)
Perform water sampling of clean utilities system and environmental monitoring of clean rooms
Perform laboratory equipment maintenance, cleaning, calibration and troubleshooting as and when required
Support the general laboratory start-up activities, including laboratory housekeeping and staging of chemicals, reagents, and consumables
Support reagent and buffer preparation used in testing
Participate and contribute to laboratory continuous improvement with regards to safety and operational efficiency
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the internship, you will:
Have an understanding of good manufacturing practices, good laboratory practices, good documentation practice and data integrity requirements
Have an understanding of the role Quality Control plays in ensuring product quality and safety for patients
Gain technical skills in a laboratory setting, including operation of laboratory equipment, performing QC testing for water samples and maintaining inventory of chemicals and consumables
Gain experience in setting up of laboratory in a start-up environment
About you
Technical skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability in scientific/ investigative report writing
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical plant operations and test methods
Soft skills:
Fluency in English speaking and writing
Ability to communicate well and collaborate with others
Problem solving and critical thinking
