Quality Control (QC) Staff

member to join our growing team and ensure every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

What You'll Do

As part of our production and lab operations team, you'll:


Oversee quality control across

supplements

and

skincare

production. Check and verify

ingredients, formulas, and manufacturing processes

to ensure compliance with

GMP

,

ISO

, and other certification requirements. Manage

batch testing

-- coordinate with accredited labs for microbiological, stability, and safety tests. Identify and evaluate new testing labs where needed, comparing capabilities, costs, and turnaround times. Maintain detailed

QC documentation

and assist in

internal audits

and

CAPA

implementation. Support the

Regulatory Affairs

team with technical and QC data for product registration and certification.

What You Bring

Diploma or Degree in

Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science

, or related fields. 2-4 years of experience in

QC/QA

within

supplement, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

. Strong understanding of

GMP

and

ISO 22716 / ISO 22000

standards. Excellent attention to detail, documentation discipline, and problem-solving ability. Team player who can work cross-functionally with production, R&D, and regulatory teams.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with

Singapore's HSA/SFA

regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with

analytical testing

(e.g., HPLC, microbiological assays). Experience in both

nutraceutical

and

cosmetic

product categories.
