Quality Control Supervisor (aws + Bonus + Allowance)

Job Description
- Location: Pioneer
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of QC Officers in all factories
- Guide and troubleshoot for any equipment issues, coordinate with external service providers
- Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated in a timely manner and update calibration records
- Assist to keep, control, and confirm formulation and blending procedures
- Respond to new and existing customers for inquiries related to quality control
- Conduct quality testing and communicate product specification issues
- Conduct non-conforming material or non-conforming product analysis
- Participate in the root cause analysis of non-conforming goods
- Follow the instructed corrective actions and preventive actions by superiors
- Establish formulation and blending procedures as needed
- Keep and monitor retain samples of products
- Validate CAO of raw materials received and communicate any issues to the procurement and Plant Manager
- Establish, update, and issue GHS SDS
- Create certificate of analysis (COA) of products
- Confirm and provide resources for the laboratory and other QCR needs
- Coordinate sample delivery as required by the customer
- Minimum Diploma or Chemistry related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and skills on QC testing
