• Position Title: Quality Control Supervisor
• Working Location: Joo Koon (6 minutes walking distance from the MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Attendance Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Increment + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of QC Officers in all factories.
• Guide and troubleshoot for any equipment issues, co-ordinate with external service providers.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated in a timely manner and update calibration records.
• Assist in keeping, controlling, and confirming formulation and blending procedures.
• Conduct quality testing and communicate product specification issues.
• Participate in the root cause analysis of non-conforming goods.
• Follow the instructed corrective actions and preventive actions by superiors.
• Establish formulation and blending procedures as needed.
• Keep, monitor and retain samples of products.
• Validate COA of raw materials received and communicate any issues to the procurement and Plant Manager.
• Establish, update and issue GHS SDS.
• Create a certificate of analysis (COA) of products.
• Confirm and provide resources for the laboratory and other QCR needs.
• Coordinate sample delivery as required by the customer

• Min. Diploma or Chemistry related fields
• Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic Computer Skills - Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and skills in QC testing
