Overview:

Provides leadership and direction in quality control. Develops and implements programs for product testing, trend analysis, compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice/Good Laboratory Practice (GMP/GLP) in support of facility-wide compliance and product quality goals. These might include ISO and other quality initiative implementation. Plans and executes staff strategies to assure on-time completion of testing. Responsible for release of highly regulated and critical products.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Supervise and mentor QC technician engaged in raw material and finished product release activities with compliance to released documents. Monitor daily QC operations and re-prioritizes QC Ops deliverables, where required, evaluate and resolve any QC related events escalated by QC technicians to minimize production downtime. Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with Production, Planning and Supply Assurance to ensure timely verification and release of material/ product. Monitor, review and analyze QC inspection data to determine QC standards for on-going control. Formulate, manage and ensure raw material related procedures and processes comply with ISO13485, MDSAP standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Participate in Change Control review and develop/update protocols for raw material inspection activities where applicable. Generate and compiles QC reports for monthly/ quarterly scheduled Management reviews. Participate in NPI or transfer product as QC lead to coordinate and ensure QC tasks are timely delivered as per project planning.

What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years' experience in regulated manufacturing environment with minimum 2 years supervisory position. Strong technical and analytical/ problem-solving skills, such as DMAIC or other quality tools. Hands-on experience in Quality modules in SAP An ISO13485 auditor and MDSAP trained Strong communication, public-speaking, decision-making and people management skills
