Job Description

• Engage and work with the country Quality Leads to provide a consistent Quality framework for application across all business units and Projects and Promote the continual improvement and consistent quality management system
• Work closely with Regional GBU Heads and Regional HODs and monitor project execution to ensure/improve Quality, Efficiency, and Consistency.
• Work closely with Business Development team and Bid Mangers on Quality section of prequalification, Proposals and Tender Preparations
• Communicate and coordinate with Project Management, Operations Leaders and Project Risk & delivery in each country on a regular basis to provide leadership and guidance toward providing high quality EPC services
• Ensure compliance to Internal Project and corporate department Audits requirement as established by Global IMS system.
• Assist the Country Quality Managers and Project Quality Managers with identifying, coordinating, and overseeing all quality specific trainings for the region including peer group meetings, periodic Quality meetings and involved with corporate trainings including the management development program.
• Responsible for aiding project personnel in the implementation of Behavioral based Quality Program and Quality Observation Program activities on their project through proactive training, support and examples.
• Establish corporate ISO quality programs in assisting with the development of corporate quality goals and objectives.
• Participates and accomplish periodic site evaluations. Maintain, evaluate and report on quality metrics.
• Assist Global VP Quality and Regional VP operations with periodic reporting including monthly quality metrics, update on quality incidents and end of project value added summaries. ISO
• As a ISO Lead Auditor, support the continued success of the corporate QMS;
• Participates in Risk management review relates to Quality
• Align with project success criteria (EHS, Cost, Schedule)

Requirements:

• 10-15 years working experience in Quality function preferably in High-technology ie: Semiconductor, Life Sciences or Data Centre industries
• Experience in similar role managing Region
• Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical), Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, And online Quality Management software
