Job Description

- Position Title: Quality Engineer
- Working Location: East (Changi North)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus
- Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500
- Duration: Permanent
- Generate Quality Control Plans for Production parts
- Generate Inspection Plans for Incoming, In-process and Outgoing Inspections
- Generate Work Instructions for inspection-related processes
- Responsible for scheduled maintenance and calibration of measuring equipment, jig and fixtures
- Responsible for maintaining Non-conforming Material (NCM) procedure. Analyze and review Reject Material Report (RMR) with Engineering / Production when non-conformance found
- Handle Customer Complaints and perform CAPA analysis using the 5-Why methodology
- Generate periodic quality performance data and analyze for Continual Improvement
- Use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to analyze, establish and monitor manufacturing processes are in control
- Perform Supplier Quality Audit
- Perform ad hoc duties as requested
- Minimum Diploma.
- At least 2 years of QA/QC working experience in the precision engineering industry.
