Job Description

Our client is a Global Automotive Technology manufacturer with strong footprints across the global. The manufacturing site in Singapore is currently looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in either product quality or customer quality management.

The Job

• Create, apply, and enhance the department\'s total quality system to ensure alignment with product specifications.
• Support product and process quality improvement by providing technical expertise in quality engineering tools.
• Conduct system and process audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and apply preventive quality measures to meet customer quality objectives.
• Lead Material Review Board meetings to address non-conforming materials and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Oversee First Time Quality assessments and drive improvements on key issues.
• Manage customer returns and ensure effective actions are implemented.
• Work toward achieving customer satisfaction and meeting goals on the customer scorecard.

The Talent

• A Degree in Engineering field
• Work experience in semiconductor or automotive electronics manufacturing environment
• Familiar with quality engineering tools, Six sigma, quality system implementation (TS 16949/QS 9000/ ISO 9000), and reliability or failure analysis will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
