• Manage end to end effort for the development and deployment of new production processes and equipment for quality responsibilities.
• Develop the inspection planning, CMM and other inspection gaging requirements.
• Validation of CMM/auto-inspection programs for optimization.
• Identify and design inspection methods for production processes
• Maintain and control process documentation of production processes
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers to develop gauging and systems to support product conformance
• Troubleshooting and continuous improvement of inspection processes
• Develop paperless shopfloor documentation systems
• Assist production in the prove-out and debugging of new processes
• Follow prescribed work rules and safety standardsTake ownership of project goals and objectives to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material)
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant working experience
• Experience with metrology standards and equipment
• Demonstrate high level of attention to details
• Basic MS Excel, Word skills.
• Knowledge of:
• CMM, auto-inspection method, inspection tooling and metrology technology knowledge
• Ability to:
• Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Develop and manage a project from concept to implementation
• Analyze information and solve problems quickly
