Job Responsibilities

- Daily QC Oversight - support the Quality Manager in supervising QC inspectors and enforcing adherence to inspection SOPs

- First Article and New Product Inspection

- Quality Documentation & Customer Submission

- Manage Internal & External Audit (AS 9100 QMS)

- Training, Review & Quality Improvement

- Team Collaboration & Support

- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications/Requirement:

Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or QC in a precision machining environment Trained internal auditor (AS9100 preferred) Experience working with ERP/QMS systems for quality documentation

Required Competencies

Good knowledge in quality metrology and measurement equipment

Familiar with AS9100 standards, QMS documentation, and First Article requirements

Capable of reading and interpreting complex mechanical drawings and specifications

Knowledge of CMM measurement principles and quality reporting formats

Strong communication skills for internal coordination and customer-facing situations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
