This diversity allows us to be at the forefront of this exciting technology.Quality Engineer / Senior Quality EngineerStructo is currently looking for a Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Engineer to manage quality assurance activities in the company. The Engineer will be responsible for resolution of Quality and Customer problems with our products. The Engineer will also be required to develop and implement analytical techniques to assess the Quality and Reliability of products and be involved in Quality Improvement projects. Knowledge of statistical techniques for monitoring processes and assessing quality of products would be an asset in this job.Responsibilities: Lead in the investigation, Root Cause analysis and resolution of Quality problems. Develop and implement analytical techniques for assessing Quality and troubleshooting quality issues. Implement systems to gather Quality data and develop data analytics to analyse and use Quality data. Develop statistical techniques for monitoring stability of production processes. Participate in Product and Process Quality and Reliability assessment activities to ensure product / process quality meets the specified requirements. Lead Quality improvement projects.Requirements: Bachelors / Masters / PhD degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Material or Industrial Engineering). Minimum 3 years of related experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in the use of statistical methods in data analysis, SPC, and/or data analytics is an advantage. Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently. The ideal candidate is quality-focused, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
