Job Description

• Well Established Precision Manufacturing Company
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.00am - 5.30pm)
• Basic $2700 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Location: Serangoon North
• Knowledge in SPC (FMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, 8D Report)
• Experience in incoming, In Process and Outgoing QA and in doing audits.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for quality issues from production and IQA
Handle nonconforming material and follow up with supplier for corrective actions
Lead new supplier assessment and annual audit for existing suppliers
Monitor and review supplier quality performance annually
Monthly engage and review with suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 quality performance and drive for continuous improvement.
Issue and follow up on the supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) to supplier, review SCAR effectiveness for timely closure and track SCAR log monthly.
Assist QA Manager on internal quality activities.
Liaise with internal production on internal process issues.
Implement the quality assurance plan, mainly on incoming, in process and outgoing inspections.
Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical or other relevant
At least 3 years exp in quality engineering or manufacturing field
Knowledge in SPC (FMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, 8D Report)
Experience in incoming, In Process and Outgoing QA and in doing audits.
