Job Description

Responsibilities

:

Perform review/gap analysis on customer's specifications for chemical processes, with adequate process control measures. To conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications Actively involve in new process setup, buy-off and qualification program Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Translate customers' specifications to Work Instructions/SOPs Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company. Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements. Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc. Provide training to the operators, inspectors and executive staff continuously to achieve team or Company's objective. Ensure good-house keeping at the work place Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Manager or Management.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or degree in chemical engineering or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment * Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, both orally and with written correspondence
