Perform FA / In-process inspections / Plan and arrange daily task and schedule.
Work on inspection checklists and inspection & test plans (ITPs) as and when necessary.
Issue Non-conformance Reports (NCRs) Corrective/Preventive Action Requests, 8D report, and monitor closure of RMA parts.
Prepare QC report and ensure all quality inspection documentations as per ISO 9001 procedures.
Able to lift weights 3-10kgs
Supporting all QC related activities.
Cooperate with production on the rework and reject parts.
Actively look for methods and solutions to establish IQC/OQC procedure for new/transferred products & processes
Conduct projects’ internal quality audit inspection
Develop Jigs and Fixtures to ease repeatability

Min of a Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. / ITE Precision Engineering.
Knowledge in 3D products and GD&T
Have experience to operate CMM with programming knowledge (Preferably with Wenzel CMM)
At least 3-5 years relevant experience
Able to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision
Able to work on rotating shift (Preferred)
Able to work on weekends & PH(Preferred)
Work location – Pioneer.
