Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: * To carry out in-house root cause investigations for non-conformance. * To establish quality procedures, operation instructions and prepare quality documents. * To compile RESPONSIBILITIES: To carry out in-house root cause investigations for non-conformance. To compile and submit FA inspection report To support QA initiatives/ activities (e.g new product quality review, customers' quality audit, project transfer, etc.) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned REQUIREMENTS: Degree or Diploma in Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualifications, Good in interpret mechanical drawing. Possess knowledge in problem solving tools such as 8D report, FMEA, fish-bone diagram,GD&T.. At least 2 years of QA/QC working experience in a manufacturing environment (Experienced in Metal Stamping industry will be an advantage) Experience in using Smartscope/CMM . Experience to lead a team of inspectors and deal with production people. Familiar with ISO 9001/14001 system requirement Willing to work in Loyang Industrial Estate. REMARKS: 5-days work week Company transport provided along pick up points in Bedok and Tampines Salary to commensurate according to experience and work commitment level
