Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of the inspectors
• Responsible to review and approve mill cert for turnkey job
• Review Delivery Order (DO) and farmout Certificate of Conformance (COC)
• Handle customer complaints and follow up for closure of CPAR
• Follow up on all corrective actions as well as verification of effectiveness
• Responsible to log in and monitor customer log gauge
• Conduct internal/external audits and ensure quality system is adhered to
• Support for supplier assessment and audit
• Provide QC technical support
• Backup for preparing drift master-list and prepare drift report
• Support internal calibration

• Quality controls and assurance knowledge

Job Requirements
Knowledge of precision machining and quality management
Knowledge of measuring instruments and calibration
Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation
Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety

Minimum 5 years of experience in precision machining, preferably in Oil & Gas environment
