Job Description

As a Quality Engineer at Indicon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical control products throughout the manufacturing process. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality control processes, drive continuous improvement, and uphold industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Control:

Monitor, evaluate, and maintain quality standards through all stages of manufacturing, from raw materials to finished goods.

2. Quality Assurance

: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

3. Process Improvement

: Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes that enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

4. Documentation

: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.

5. Root Cause Analysis

: Investigate and analyze quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

6. Supplier Quality

: Collaborate with suppliers to assess their quality management systems and work together to resolve quality-related issues.

7. Training

: Provide training and guidance to manufacturing and quality control personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

8. Testing and Inspection

: Work with Test and Inspection teams to ensure products meet defined specifications.

9. Continuous Improvement

: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving Lean Six Sigma and other quality methodologies within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month
