Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3,500 to $4,600
• Annual Wage Supplement
• Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.45am to 5.15pm
• Location: Tuas View Lane (with company transport at Jurong East / Boon Lay / CCK / Tampines)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Quality related documentation is maintained as per QMS. (SOP, WI, Work Order)
• Work with Operations to resolve Quality issues. (8D, NCR, Customer Complaints, Audit CAPA)
• Review and follow up on root cause investigation, corrective actions, and preventive action.
• Trending and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and conduct Training and knowledge sharing of staff (GXP, Work Instructions, etc.)
• Ensure completion and retention of Training records as per QMS.
• Support MIDC (Secondary Assembly) Operation.

o Verify line clearance for labeling printing
o Verify contents and quality of print of labels
o Verify line clearance for MIDC area
o Perform sampling check
o Review and approve the MIDC Work Order

• Support Change Request (CR) implementation and review.
• Support Validation & Temperature Mapping review.
• Support and perform Gemba Walk.
• Support Quality Audits NC Closure.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Relevant field of studies preferred (Bio / Chem / Engineering / Supply Chain)
• Candidates with prior quality assurance experience in healthcare industry will be highly advantageous
