Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist EN / ISO certification launched in 2022 for a certification in 2023.
• Establish the audit plan and coordinate audits with the support of the Group Quality dept if needed.
• Prepare and answer the Customer evaluation questionnaires to include in the customers assessed suppliers base.
• Regarding regulations & approvals
• Support Field Support teams in their activity and ensure regulatory requirements are met during their operations especially for SB/AD implementation at Airlines.
• Responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable national and international regulations concerning the exports of sensitive technologies, war materials, sanctions and embargoes.
• Evaluate the risks and implement an associated action plan
• Alert the Empowered Official (EO) and the Export Control Officer (ECO) of any non-compliance and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Identify the classification of goods and technologies procured and/or produced
• Process and assist internal users in their requests for information, authorizations or export licenses from all authorities, whether national or not, allowing the export of goods
• Coordinate and lead the processes related to export control with the other company's BUs
• Set up the archiving of documents related to the export control
• Raise awareness, train and communicate:
• Inform and train the company's staff
• Control the compliance of operations:
• Control the compliance of exports with the terms and conditions of export authorizations and licenses granted by the authorities
• Provide regular reports on the company's export control activities and issues
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Ensure compliance with commitments and agreements related to export control made by the company with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, cooperators and competent national authorities.
• Monitor the application of all procedures, instructions and the Internal Compliance Program (ICP)

Requirements:

• Advance Diploma with min Experience in Audit at least two years and
• experience in Quality for about 5 years
• Good knowledge of EN / ISO norms
• Good knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations
• Good understanding and knowledge of Process management
