PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:- * To perform inspections of incoming items for Assembly in Singapore for plant 2910. * To render support for random inspection, outgoing inspection of finished goods and sa PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:- To perform inspections of incoming items for Assembly in Singapore for plant 2910. To render support for random inspection, outgoing inspection of finished goods and sampling/ unit checks or tests in event of quality alerts from brands. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES To perform inspections of incoming items for plant 2910 based on AQL sampling plan To read specification, artwork and range board for control criteria To co-ordinate with Bollore on the inventory movements for incoming inspection lot and reject management. To operate test machine for specific test procedure To manage BATs, retained sample and sample for validation To prepare rejection report (photos & samples) if defects exceeded AQL and to release UD in SAP To render support to perform random inspection, outgoing inspection for products labeled & assembled in Singapore and sampling/ unit checks or tests in event of quality alerts from brands. QUALIFICATION & KEY COMPETENCIES: Integrity and trust Organize and rigor Customer Focus Analytical skills and good Microsoft Office technical skills (knowledge of SAP or any WMS software is a plus) Able to operate basic hand-held measurement devices and electronic inspection equipment Able to read and interpret test methods, drawings, specifications, range boards and sampling procedures Able to record results of inspection and maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Continuous improvement oriented, open minded & Team player Customer and result oriented Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent for Singaporean & 'SPM' for Malaysian workers Preferably with 2 years of experience in a similar position/ environment Able to converse in English and Mandarin Workplace The position is a hybrid based position with the on-site location in Singapore (Jurong - Pioneer area) If you are interested in this opportunity If you have the matching requirements, send us your updated resume and we hope to hear from you.
