• Position Title: Quality Manager
• Working Location: North East (Transport provided from Yishun & Gul Circle)
• Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4800 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Management Representative for all Quality Management Systems.
• Evaluate/monitor current and futuristic customer business expectations and visit customer facilities as necessary.
• Continual improvement of company quality systems, safety standards and on-time delivery.
• Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
• Responsible for customers\xe2\x80\x99 CAR or 8D reports.
• Train and advise associates on all quality-related issues.
• Establishment of acceptance test procedures and criteria.
• Ability to conduct necessary layout inspections for sample submission (PPAP).
• Follow through on sample submissions involving initial samples, engineering changes, prototypes, and pilots.
• Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

• Degree / Diploma in a technical discipline such as Engineering, or Procurement.
• Relevant work experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years in the manufacturing industry.
