THE ROLE \xe2\x80\x93 Quality Manager Hegen offers analytical and sharp-minded Quality Manager the opportunity to pioneer products that are impactful and life-changing for parents and babies around the world. With deep experience across New Product Introduction, Supplier Quality and Customer Quality in Consumer Electronic Products, Home Appliances, Medical Devices, he/she will inspire the Quality team to achieve excellence and compliance by establishing, defining and implementing standards to the Quality Assurance workflow. We reward those who add value to the organisation, work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver significant results. Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Department in daily operational activities with the factory, new product innovation (NPI) and defining/implementation of ISO standards
• Establish and implement processes and tools to inspect and report quality issues
• Compile, analyse and report quality issues and defects to production team to ensure timely resolution
• Ensure systematic recording of quality issues to facilitate data analysis and feedback to production team
• Conduct regular analysis of quality data to identify potential systemic issues with production or to initiate product improvements
• Work closely with R&D Department to conduct quality related tests to support NPI
• Work closely with relevant departments and production teams to uphold product quality, manage costs and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality management, production processes, and working with suppliers/manufacturers, preferably in a consumer goods company
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical (Product), or equivalent
• Possesses the analytical ability to structure processes and procedures, identify trends and patterns, as well as resourcefulness to propose solutions
• Demonstrate commitment to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
• Ability to travel on a periodic basis to production facility in Johor Bahru
