Job Description


:

  • Handling daily enquiries and escalations received from the public via emails and phone calls
  • Handing daily sorting/triaging of incoming cases from public
  • Support the team\xe2\x80\x99s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements:
  • Min O level qualification
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Pleasant character/personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
Working Hours: 8.30am -6pm [Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs] and 8.30am -5.30pm [Fri]Salary: $2100 to $2500Location: Maxwell RoadContract Period: 6 months with an option to extend 6 monthsEA License No: 96C4864Reg. No.: R24121728
