Purpose of this role:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Perform day to day quality inspection tasks at incoming control, includes First Article qualification inspection and sustaining incoming QC inspection.
Follow inspection criteria, procedures, drawing specification and BOM for guidance.
Able to use basic measuring instrument, like caliper, micrometer, and high gauge. Candidate who able to operate accurate measurement instrument (Smart scope / CMM) will be a plus.
Able to work independently or with minimal degree of supervision.
Follow up necessary actions per NCR disposition by Subject Matter Experts and ensure follows NCR procedure and necessary documents and records filed and closed appropriately and in timely manner.
Perform physical part transaction (receive the part, complete inspection, transfer part out from own area), and system transaction (Oracle) to ensure status of the part is up to date accordingly.
Feedback and escalate any nonconforming parts to NCR process or Deviation, raise NCR to seek SME disposition, and aware of next course of action from the disposition.
Work closely with cross-functional team (not limited to Engineering, SQE, Global Sourcing, etc) to ensure all parts accepted in compliance per drawing specification, and/or QMS procedures.
Basic analytical skills for data analysis, for KPI tracking and monitoring.
Run weekly DM with cross-functional team in updating incoming quality inspection status and highlights where applicable.
Documents and record filing per QMS procedure requirements.
Support NPI project for parts qualification in timely manner, and highlight concerns if any.
Travel to supplier premises to conduct inspection buy off if required.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or higher
Min 1 year experience in Incoming Quality inspection or Outgoing Quality inspection in manufacturing environment in a quality function. Experience in Medical Device manufacturing is a plus.
