Quality Specialist (Metal)Job Summary:Company Background: Global MNC Metal Manufacturing fieldLocation: West (company transport provided from Pioneer and Boon Lay MRT)Working days: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)Salary Range: up to $6500 (Depend on experience) + AWS + VBBenefit: Insurance + MedicalResponsibility:

• Ensure all tasks and work complies with Health & Safety, environmental & quality policies and procedures of the company and champion these policies & procedures at all times
• Provide technical support to the Singapore based sales team as required with the support of the Technical & Quality Manager.
• Take the lead in investigation and closure of all CAPA involving significant technical involvement with the support of the Technical & Quality Manager.
• Take the lead in implementation of internal audit schedule and be active in ensuring the company quality and technical requirements are met.
• Engage in the approval process of all \xe2\x80\x9cspecial process suppliers\xe2\x80\x9d allocated to Singapore.
• Support the MSS2 Project in terms of spec creation and guidance for the Sales and Certification teams.

Requirement:

• Experience in manufacture of low alloy, stainless steel, and nickel raw materials.
• Experience in key technical and quality issues relating to heat treatment of low alloy and nickel alloy steels
• Understanding of Quality methodologies such as 5 why & fishbone diagrams
• Understand ISO 9001 expectations on non-conformities corrective action, preventative action, Risk & MofC
