:
- Perform quality control checks involving analytical lab testing, evaluation, interpretation and reporting of technical data
- Lab method validation, transfers, protocol harmonization and optimization from R&D to Production
- Support technical requirements and enquiries from customers
- Conduct timely analytical instrument calibration and preventive maintenance for the QC lab
- Ensure real time documentation, maintain data integrity and appropriate traceability as per quality system.
- Work with all other functional teams and contribute to the overall success of organisation
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to ISO17025, ISO9001 and FAMI-QS requirements
- Implement process monitoring using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques
- Management of production samples and raw materials
- Min. Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related relevant working experience.
- Min. 1 year of working experience in a laboratory.
- Team player with initiatives. Good writing and communication skills. Analytical, observant and meticulous. Independent and thrive on challenges. Able to work shifts.
- Experience using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer and knowledge of ISO17025, ISO9001, GMP and FAMI-QS would be an added advantage for consideration.
