Position Summary
To assist the department to manage the quality assurance function and achieve customer\xe2\x80\x99s
satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure all processes and procedures comply to Customers Standards and GMP requirements.
- Lead and Drive Quality Awareness for team in WH/PA with plans.
- Lead and Drive for Quality Improvement and Root Cause Investigation for NCR/Customer Complaints to improve KPI performance.
- Lead GMP & GDP Audits for Production Assembly and Warehouse.
- Provide Quality Trainings for new/existing employees.
Experience:
- Experience in ISO9001/GMP system.
- Experience in GMP/GDP/ISO audits.
- At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Diploma or degree within relevant field or similar working experience.
- Positive mindset.
- Leadership Skill.
- Able to multitask.
- Energetic to strive for improvement.
