Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Using engineering software to develop Construction 3D models.
- Generates layout and section drawings from 3D models.
- Responsibile for the CAD drafting.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members.
- Preparation, coordination and modification of 2D/3D drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants.
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent qualifications.
- 2-3 years experience in similar position. Fresh graduate with the right aptitude can also apply.
- Ability to work within a team or independently as needed.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Autocad and Sketchup.
